I use this stuff only on /e/OS as it has a very good blocker embedded in the system. If you add AddGuardHome to a container or jail on your network, and configure it with good block lists you'll be able to block everything.

That works if you don't have much traffic on your network. Otherwise something more capable like I suggested is in order.

You can also use system-level DNS filtering with something like NextDNS, or use a proto-VPN like Rethink that does everything on the phone itself.
