There is a simple solution. Transport a nuke with a truck right into israel and detonate it. There are also neutron bombs that leave the environment unharmed, as to prevent secondary explosions from nukes. EMP + targeted smaller nukes could also work.

Regardless, israel has to be flattened, even if it comes at a high price.

jews control or are strongly influent in 99% of countries. nuking israel wouldnt prevent another israel spawning immediately.

No, but if people seek a solution to the jewish problem, then this would be a feasible first step. After that, don't worry about another israel spawning out of nowhere - it took tremendous amounts of resources and efforts to create it in the first place. Something like that doesn't come out of nowhere.
