I think I understand the spirit of the meme, but the delivery falls flat.
He's trying to say this woman awakens *true desire* in a man (to make her his wife, have her children,) but what he's literally saying is that she awakens more purely *sexual* desire.
And that's just false. A busty OnlyFans model is going to evoke far more of "something primal" in a man than a tradcore girl in a sundress. Not because you actually want her more as a mate, but as an involuntary response to seeing an attractive woman practically naked.
This, ironically, is why traditional men hate whores so much (particularly the whores of modernity.) They deliberately provoke our most explosive biological drive to the fullest while denying us the outlet to fully discharge that awakened energy. And when you point out that it is immoral of them to torment us, they hide behind the state and cry "why do they persecute me so?" despite knowing full well what their behavior does to men.
Edit: Considering it further, a less charitable but still plausible reading of the meme is that the ambiguity is intentional. The poster may be trying to drag traditionalism into the same frame of sexual debauchery as everything else. "Trad girls? E whores? One may be superior, but they're all just different flavors of lust."
