The local subway up in the mountains was locally owned and operated had good fresh meat and vegetables. This was the Subway I visited regularly. I'd never frequent one that looked like your experience.
I like the cheese, a few vegetables added with a dash of vinegar and oil. I cannot do so much veggies at home because they go bad before I can get to it all.
Not only that they put it on a fucking scale.
The family owned place has a sub that you pay 16 dollars for, and 2 people can be burping themselves full.
The meat is hanging out of the sides of the bread, the cheese is just cheeseing and plentiful.
I stopped fucking with subway when I saw them put the meat on a scale 15 years ago.
