I believe there was a plan. To unleash a somewhat deadly virus as to enforce long-term control over populations, and make it a multiple decade spanning thing. But it turned out to be just Flu v2.0, and all their talk about it being a "pandemic" simply doesn't aligned with reality. It was probably meant for the case that it was an *actual* pandemic. People got more tired and annoyed by it than fearing it, so the public compliance dwindled, and all that could hold it together was tyranny. But in order for tyranny to work, it also requires horizontal enforcement, like your kin turning against you - like neighbors calling the Stasi on dissidents, to have them arrested and removed overnight.
To answer these questions: It was a failed bio-weapon. And it came from Wuhan with support and financing of the US.

I presume they all prefer to be silent about it, because it was orchestrated by jews. China would be happy to have more authoritarianism, but so would our countries as well. Exposing the Chinks means they might expose the US as well. And we know they both LOVE the jews.
