He's not the only one, I've seen plenty of accounts on Twitter openly talk about the Jews.

To try to answer your question, I think the easiest explanation is that Twitter realizes **that we are many** and therefore they can't censor us.
It's the Overton window: what can be censored depends entirely on how popular it is.
