That's one purpose of their propaganda.

Niggers ALWAYS reproduce until they starve around. Feed them 100% more, and their numbers grow by 100%, and then starve again.

Probably the same with pajeets and the rest. It us only Whites, Japanese and some Orientals who do not continually reproduce to the upper cap.
