That isn't how it is though, those hiring decisions are handled by HR pushing DEI candidates to the front. Those are usually jews or fat ugly women.

White collar jobs are being stolen by pajeets. This is a very common thing that nearly everyone I know is dealing with in one way or another. For every lone stupid nigger in a white collar job, there are 10 smelly jeets who are all collaborating to bring more in.

Certainly better chances as a nigger, but it's not because of "nigger power". It's because of DEI in HR which is pushed by jews.
However, niggers are increasing their power. HR and DEI departments are being filled with niggers, not Jews.
