I disagree, and like I said, you lost your phone, and THOUGHT that you heard others nearby. I didn’t say you tell this to the police, this is what you discuss with your attorney. In fact, what I said was I want to avoid the police ALAP, and will never speak to them or be recorded on 911 at all. You want to do everything you can with as much plausible deniability as possible to make sure your attacker expires. I want that motherfucker to bleed out, and make sure I’ve established I didn’t feel safe to even attempt first aid even if I could, and wanted to.

Edit: and of course I’m talking about in most shit areas where shit like this usually goes down like darker parking lots, and gas stations at times when there is lower foot traffic. Yeah, if you’re talking about inside of a busy store, mall, and highly lit area during prime time hours, it doesn’t matter, because someone else is more than likely going to call 911 after they hear the shots.
