> If you own or carry a firearm, then you need to have a defense attorney and carry their business card too. You can't have one without the other. The cops have their attorneys, the family of the thug you shot will have their attorney too. Who and where is yours? Join FLP, Firearms Legal Protection, USCCA, or another program, in which an attorney is on 24/7 retainer and will come immediately. You call 911 first, as he said. Hang up, and call FLP or USCCA. The legal fees covered are very high and the attorneys are geared towards this kind of defense.
> Attorney Marc J Victor (with the Attorneys On Retainer program) advises against even saying "I feared for my life" - doing so locks the attorney into a single defense strategy and locks out other possible defenses.
> "There has been an incident, please send the police and medical services." Any mention of guns will ensure that the police arrive with guns drawn. When cops arrive, state "I don't feel good and need to go to the hospital, I will make a statement when I feel better and my attorney is present." Remember, the police are not your friend and they will likely screw you over if they can.
> Always remember when the police say "If you didn't do anything wrong you have nothing to fear" is the same as saying "You're assumed guilty until you prove your innocence."
> In self defense also never say "I didn't mean to shoot." Self defense is deliberate and needed for self defense. Don't give details about the event. To police you say you will communicate through your attorney. There is a reason cops are given 24-48 hours before making THEIR report when THEY shoot somebody.
> Responding law enforcement may initially treat everyone as an aggressor until they can sort things out. This means that even a victim may be initially threatened with deadly force and detained in handcuffed temporarily. It is very important for victims to be empty handed and keep their hands plainly visible at all times upon arrival of law enforcement.

I'd like to add that while having a lawyer you know and trust on retainer is a great idea, don't trust the various "self defense insurance" companies like USCCA or LawShield. Like any kind of insurance, they are scams and will look for any way to get out of defending you. I know one of them (can't remember which one) won't cover any "criminal" cases, which is convenient for them because any time you'd actually need them would be when some kike DA is trying to charge you with murder for defending yourself, and therefore would always be a criminal case.
I've considered that. Pet insurance is another scam. Most don't cover routine visits and they don't cover surgery, and the deductible is around $2,000. It's the most bullshit scam around. But yeah, that's how (((insurance))) works; it's a rigged game where they look for any excuse to weasel their way out of paying.
Never make the call yourself. Lose your phone in some nearby bushes or under a car during the altercation, and unass the area ASAP under the guise of you thought the aattacker/assailant had others with him nearby. This is what you tell your attorney. You never want to be recorded on a 911 call if you can absolutely avoid it. Remember, you are the victim, and we’re in fear for your life.

Depends on where it happened and whether there's witnesses. There's cameras everywhere now, and everyone has a phone. The cops can check for all the cell pings in that area like a radar and know weather there was two people or twenty within that time.
The LAST thing you want to do is lie. Better to keep quiet and risk a contempt charge than lie and burry yourself. If you get an activist DA and they can't get you on the incident, you open a second door for them if you lie. Remember, you DO NOT NEED A STORY -- you don't need to justify yourself with yarns and tales or soap operas. It's fine to remain silent and let your lawyer do all the talking, which is the best approach.

I disagree, and like I said, you lost your phone, and THOUGHT that you heard others nearby. I didn’t say you tell this to the police, this is what you discuss with your attorney. In fact, what I said was I want to avoid the police ALAP, and will never speak to them or be recorded on 911 at all. You want to do everything you can with as much plausible deniability as possible to make sure your attacker expires. I want that motherfucker to bleed out, and make sure I’ve established I didn’t feel safe to even attempt first aid even if I could, and wanted to.
Edit: and of course I’m talking about in most shit areas where shit like this usually goes down like darker parking lots, and gas stations at times when there is lower foot traffic. Yeah, if you’re talking about inside of a busy store, mall, and highly lit area during prime time hours, it doesn’t matter, because someone else is more than likely going to call 911 after they hear the shots.
