This is the conclusion I've come to: yes, there are exceptions, *but are they worth the average*?
We've been sheltered from the average for decades by an immigration system that first only allows the top 0.1% of other countried and then deports any of them the first time they fuck up, resulting in *only* the exceptions. This is true of all races but Blacks and Reds, because they were already hear in large numbers before the system was built. Every other race is represented by their exceptions.
Now that the system has been subverted we see the average, and it's not worth the exception.
