Home made isn't cheating if you don't use goyslop ingredients. Pizza is incredibly healthy that way. Source proper organic wheat berries, store them properly, then mill your own flour and use it while it's fresh, don't keep the flour after milling; find ways to use it all. Raw local cheese. Grow your own tomatoes. Use local butchered meats.
yeah, homemade pizza is just bread with stuff on it. you could argue it's a lot of carbs and a lot of empty fats, but if you make one of those deep grandma pizzas and use a ton of veggie and meat toppings then the balance skews and it's just a delicious way to consume every food group at once.
Homemade bread from fresh wheat berries isn't empty carbs, and raw dairy is far from empty fats. Both are full of bio available nutrients, though with flour it quickly loses its nutrients after milling so that's why you must use it fast. The wheat berries can be stored properly for long term nutrition, but flour cannot. Jews have tried to push the carnivore and keto/cyclical keto movement a lot, which are okay for short term detoxing, but for long term God made Whites for eating properly made bread. It's just as good for us as raw milk.
