yeah... i believe ya. it's tough. not only are there a lot of shameless shitskins who'll apply to anything but a lot of Whites are given basically every psyop under the sun to make them believe they shouldn't apply to jobs because the HR lady won't like them, or they need 10 years experience, or a mexican already has the job, or they should never settle for anything that's not 250k a year and full benefits, etc etc etc... we really are being attacked from all angles. good luck, and keep up the good fight.

This. There are a *lot* of White men who assume there is no point in evem applying to work, especially at big companies. If you want Whites, you may need to go looking for them.

In all seriousness, Ive been unable to find a full time job in my field (comp-sci) for the past 3 years because I graduated during the Cohoax and the tech sector collapsed 2 years after it. I'm 99% sure HR just dumps my resume in the trash because I either refuse to mark my race or mark "white". Frankly, demographic questions should be illegal until someone is actually in an interview. At the very least, I take solace knowing I found a part time job helping to train the AI that will render HR homeless.
