they don't care for eugenics anymore, because they ceased being eugenic several centuries ago (nearly 800 years of Muslim occupation)
because of this they didn't care about mixing with natives, be it american indians or flipino niggers, any hole was a goal and the damage of centuries long mixing is appearant in modern day spain (esp with the whole "if you have spanish ancestry you can come to spain and spread your shitty genes to everyone else!")
The British had a wonderful "no race mixing policy" but alas their ruling class and Elites were mixing with jews at a rapid rate, so much so that the word "Elite" and "jew" are pretty much the same thing
I just looked it up and the percentage of people with blue eyes in Spain is the same as in America.
A person with blue eyes is an Aryan of (at least in part) the Nordic subrace. It doesn't matter if he speaks Spanish, English, or Arabic.
