Not exactly true. Niggers did better than they ever have during the first half of the 20th century under a strict boot of white authority and values.

Exactly correct. The socialist lefty loon sociologist James Loewen, dissembling writer of the grossly disingenuous "Lies My Teacher Told Me", ironically documents this as a period he calls "the nadir of race relations". He does a great deal of hand wringing because in many parts of the country there was strict segregation and sundown towns (which he also wrote a book about), particularly in the northern states, but their standard of living was higher and their families were intact because they were forced to work.
