We have a similar problem where I live, minus the nigger and spic part fortunately. There are so little houses that actually decorate and give out candies for Halloween in my small town in that people basically go through the whole town by car so they can hit the fews houses that give candy.

I’m not gonna act like it’s me who leads the Halloween preparations at the house but I’m getting really tired of subsidizing the entire neighborhood. Best example is my front neighbour. He has like 7 kids from multiple relationships between him and his girlfriend and he hasn’t decorated at all. Yet, I bet his multiple spawns will come-a-knocking for candy when my kids can’t knock at his place.
