Wouldn't be surprised if that's the game plan. If he was smart enough to force their hand in hiring a White man, he's certainly capable of looking dumb in the short-term to play smart long-term.
This is propaganda. No white man who genuinely did this is going to make a video about it creating liability where there was none before. A man who wants to cultivate the idea that ICE tip-offs are a way to create job openings, however, will absolutely create this video.
Watch it like a white man.
Edit: the fact that this dogwater comment got thirty upvotes, and OP got a bunch of similar comments, in a subforum that gets modest traffic ... it feels like a warning that people here are developmentally disabled.
The framing of this video allows it to be posted and propagated mainstream, and potentially rage-posted by leftists for free advertising/dissemination. This is competent fieldcraft. This should rightly have been met with some combination of amusement and admiration...

I don't believe shit like this because there's literally 5,000+ illegal migrants living behind the INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT and nothing happens to them. They're still back there in trailer parks even opening up their own mexican stores and restaurants. I know ICE knows they are there. I know the fucking mayor and the state governor know they are there. I know they claim to be big bad tough Republicans. Yet there are still literally THOUSANDS of illegal alien spics surrounding an INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT full of federal employees and federal TSA agents and such.
The entire ICE agent mass deportations headlines are PROPAGANDA!!! Just make believe feel good shit to try to trick MAGAtards into thinking they are getting what they voted for. "I voted for this" comments under headlines that trick you into believing Trump is actually deporting spics. Yet the mexican restaurants are still open, trailer parks full of thousands of spics are still around every international airport, etc.

They just prefer low-hanging fruit. Trying to go into an encampment with 5000 illegals to attempt to detain and deport them is simply dangerous. If they start fighting back they are proper fucked. They'd have to go in probably 1000 strong, would have to have transport available to actual transfer that many people, they have to have somewhere to put them. Logistically, it's a huge problem which is why they go after smaller groups only. Safety in numbers.... One could argue you could use the military, but there's probably some restrictions on deploying the army.
I reported both a local chicken processing plant and a local roofing contractor to ICE. I don't know if they followed up on it or not. I but I didn't get on social media and tell the world what I did.
I dunno, why not report it? Why not walk right in there and tell them to their face: "I caught you using illegals for cheap labour, and now that they're sent back, you had to hire me"? Dare them to try something.
I get the idea of keeping your politics out of your workplace, but these empoyers are *worse* than illegals. Illegals are opportunists, but why wouldn't they take advantage of a country that's bending over for them? It's these employers who are bending over, they can get fucked.
Fake and gay.
with the money he could make from said lawsuit he'll never have to work another day
