Ancient Indian ruler caste were white. I think it was Indra their blue eyed thunder god that commanded the caste system and divided them by color.

The guy who brought Shaolin Kung Fu to China, Bodhidharma, had the nickname "Blue eyed Barbarian" and was the third son of an Indian king.

You can see remnants of this population in Pakistan and Afghanistan quite a few blondes and redheads with a full range of eye colours as well in the more isolated mountainous areas.

You can also see it in the facial features of high caste ones. Same as with castizo Hispanics. Both have much higher percentages of White genes in them.
