I'm a VP in an organization that hires a lot so I throw all pajeet resumes in the trash and when I'm in a hiring committee, I never advance pajeet candidates. There has never been a case where if I'm involved in the hiring process that a pajeet has gotten the job. (It also helps that my mid-sized organization is mostly white and zero pajeets)
If I have to outsource, I avoid India, in fact I try to in-source to eastern Canada, northern Canada and flyover country USA, and if forced to outsource to another country, I'll go to Phillipines, China, anywhere but Pajeetland.
I also do my best to steer clear away as much as possible any businesses that hire pajeets and definitely anywhere owned by a pajeet.
As well, a lot of people approach me to be mentored in business and I reject all pajeets, only whites and in some cases chinks (especially if I'm under the DEI microscope). Never pajeets.
