Yes and no.

I haven't had time to research this, but either this is jew lies or translation from the original ancient hebrew in the context of the time, describes a halo rather than a literal translation of horns.

No idea if that's true. Will need to find time to look it up for myself.

Many classical paintings do depict Moses with literal demon horns.

Even old Jewish paintings depicts Moses with horns.

Jews did not consider horns to be a bad thing--it was just as good as wings.

European pagans considered horns to be demonic. The church basically had to change the translations in order to appease them.
