i wouldn't say she deserved it. she's prolly just naive. also not sure she could avoid this without driving off as soon as she saw they were niggers.

Drivers can cancel the ride at ANY time for ANY reason. No questions asked. It's always been that way.

All the rideshare platforms tell their drivers to cancel if they don't feel safe for any reason.
