For all intense and purposes I believe negroids to have an animalistic biospirit. While Christianity and/or the hard stick of a tribal master can calm the beast inside it's always there. From a European standard this spirit is evil. We don't have 10,000 years to domesticate the negro beast and I doubt the resulting product to be desirable either.

The White man loves to domesticate even in when its foolhardy to try.

Well, the process would be this: You measure the IQ of all niggers, and kill the bottom 90%. Then you wait ~2-3 generations until they repopulate, and repeat the process. Repeat this for 5-10 cycles.

So after ~250-500 years of intense breeding and genociding them, having to care for them like prisoners, you create a model of nigger that has an intelligence level comparable with Arabs and Indians. *Maybe.*

I have a better proposal though: Go for 100%, and watch the world average IQ increase. If we'd conquer and populate Africa, it might even go further up, or at least slow down its decline. Remember, there are still pajeets and Arabs.
