The problem is that humbleness is not rewarded in any way. In job interviews you have to sell yourself, and being humble (aka not talking about your skills and experiences) simply puts you at a disadvantage.

As of women, if you are not implicitly expressing positive things about you, not saying them means they will not be considered. A woman who evaluates you can only evaluate you based on what she knows about you plus a certain degree of guesswork. The same goes vice versa of course.

Why is humbleness even a virtue?

The problem with degenerates and pedophiles is that ***what we know about them*** is bad. Shame and humbleness are different areas. Shame <-> Pride. Humbleness <-> Arrogance.

Arrogance is bad if what is said is false or when it serves to be annoying. The ideal is the middle-ground in both: Feel pride for your accomplishments, your ancestry, your people, feel shame for your shortcomings, the shortcomings of your people, and negative sides of your people's history. You are part of your people, you are one of them.

I feel bad about not successfully having dealt with the jewish problem and not winning WWII. The world would have been a better place (for all of us). But that only motivates me to do better. I do not only want TKD for rational reasons, but also for revenge. TND is only for rational reasons... I do not consider subhumans beings whose agency matters. They just go feral and have to be put down... and ideally you put all of them down before they go feral. Seeing them as individuals whose agency matters, where their "guilt" matters, is a mistake.
