Trump just gifted him with $20 Billion of our tax-dollars to help him win the next election after he bankrupted Argentina.

That's about $230 taken from the grocery budget of every US family.

We're told it's just loan... but the last $35 Billion unconditional "loan" we gifted Argentina with hasn't been paid back either.
