Lots of religions have their own hats. The jews've got spodiks, shtreimels, and yarmulkes; Muslims have taqiyahs and turbans; various Christian denominations have their assortment of hats: mitres, wideawake hats, kolpaks, birettas, galeros, et cetera; people who worship science have oxford caps, pastafarians have spaghetti colanders; and the traditional hat of Gnostics is perhaps the easiest of all religious headgear to craft: the aluminium foil pickelhaube

He also tells us that Jesus is the Word:

Besides, you don't even know what the council of Nicaea determined in 325, you just assume whatever the jewish revisionist history tells you is correct. Catholicism and Orthodoxy both fell to the jewish gates of hell, so no, neither have any authority or claim of "unquestionable truth" any more.
At least get better arguments than that.
