they're a good chunk of the population there, though Bulgaria is far, FAR worse in terms of gypsy infestation

this is no longer accurate. since romania joined the EU, a LOT of gypsies left. Some neighborhoods did a 180 because of this.

While it is true some gypsies are still here, they are concentrated in very specific sectors or towns (timisoara, craiova etc)

the big issue now is the indian/arab/nigger exponential infestation that started 4 years ago.
