No. Your circulation is complicated. Your body opens and closes channel's and valves to maintain homeostasis and shift where blood is. You may have a disorder that makes this less good.

Lol no. Genetics absolutely matter. So does environment, exposure, culture, nutrition, bacteria, gut flora. So much matters.
