HR departments are the root cause why so many White men have been eliminated from management positions for large companies, charities, organizations, corporations, government bureaucracies. So That is part of the failure of America. White men were removed from all positions of authority and the nation suffered at all levels because of it. The White man has been suckered into the hard technical skill labor jobs that dumb niggers and spics and women can't do. Such as diagnosing and rebuilding your transmission or engineering the HVAC system for a large building.

To be fair women provide very little value to the workplace so why bother trying to keep them there? They're only hired to siphon half the pay away from men so the employers aren't accused of being fascists.
