Colin Flaherty figured it out years ago before he passed. The mass shootings were actually even higher. It was around 13/93 depending on wether you counted three or more, or four or more. I also know from first hand experience that the stat has always been incredibly low. It’s always been at least 65/70% for violent crime been that way forever. I still have frens from a previous life who are attorneys, and one who is now a public defender, and it’s insane when you speak to people like them, and probation officers along with local LEO and detectives. There is so much violence including rape, and domestic violence that never gets reported in black areas, it’s unreal.
