From what I saw, they are decals or some sort of sticker the church allowed some group of dipshits to put up.

It was supposed to represent “marginalized voices”, but instead of being actual graffiti art, it’s all done with FONTS. You can tell because duplicate letters are identical, not spontaneous. So it’s doubly fake.
