She's not technically wrong at all. Imagine an entire country thinking like this and you end up like Puerto Rico and African nations where 50% or more live off the govt. It's hell on earth.

Yeah, you really can't blame them for doing this. They know this isn't their country so they have no incentive to make it better and every inventive to take what they can get. Then the government comes along and says "here, have free money for being a whore junkie". Why wouldn't they?
