Sanpaku eyes is legit. I always look for that. Of course, you have to account for head tilt.

Indeed. I've tried to make my eyes do it. Looking in a mirror: I have to tilt my head down till my chin is on my clavicle to show some white on the bottom. I have to tilt my head all the way back and open my eyes as wide as I can to show a sliver of white on top.

The people I am talking about are doing this shit are almost always doing it with their head level, even if metaphorically they are the furthest thing away from level-headed.
