I've been to Eastern europe before. I've been to Poland, the baltics, the balkans, the Ukraine, and Russia. I know what eastern europe is. I live in spain. If you removed every nigger and gypsy from europe, eastern europe would have much higher crime rates in every aspect. Poland I would say is an exception. The rest of eastern europe not so much.
