No that was my bad - I accidently put a period (.) at the end of the URL in the embedded link. Fixed.
I've gotten shit for using that source because "oh well this is 2019 data," but the analysis in later years isn't in as nice of a cross-tabulation as the 2019 and prior data: https://cde.ucr.cjis.gov/LATEST/webapp/#/pages/explorer/crime/shr
So you can't see offender and victim race in the same row like you used to.
