Yeah, whoever wrote this is acting like the replacement wasn’t planned long ago, that it’s just a natural result of outsourcing. They utilized feminism to create entire generations of career oriented women, they used DEI to employ those women and other minorities (imported browns especially), while discriminating against White males at every turn. From high wage management positions all the way to Ivy League university acceptance, White men can’t catch a break, but White women can……it’s all intentional. J’ws know White women wouldn’t have time to breed if they followed a career path, and even if they had time to breed, they wouldn’t want to breed, at least not with White men now that the majority of White men not only don’t earn enough money to provide for a family, they’re struggling to provide for themselves. Couple all of that stuff with paying for 20+ years of wars that only serve Israeli interests, and the disappearance of middle class manufacturing jobs thanks to NAFTA, and you end up with serious inflation, destitute White men, and a major problem with birth rates in the White demographic.

None of that was an accident, it was planned decades ago.
