Fun fact: hitlers (and the German as well as more eastern European perception of race in general) was a lot different than the Anglo-American biological conception of race.
Hitler was more of a proponent of spiritual race. That a superior race was a race that had the most will to act (triumph of the will) and superior race(s) of people could be identified by physiognomy. He did not only recognize this physiognomy and spiritual superiority in nordics or even only whites. He also saw it in native Americans, east asians, (some) Indians, Arabs, and some Africans. Hitlers main issue with black Americans wouldn't be because of biological race, but would rather be inquisitive as to why they did not fight back for their own state and lacked a will to act, which are traits he admired in amerindians. Today he would probably ask why they allowed the us government to sell them crack. He admired even (at least open) enemies of white people so long as they were not deceitful and they had, again, a will to act
