Everybody has the consciousness that fits his body and brain, because our brains are the source of our consciousness (=soul). If you were born a nigger, you wouldn't be anything like you are now - you'd be a rapist savage, and too stupid to even come close to understand this conversation. Does that make sense? Are souls something like immaterial fluids that seek to "fill" some body? What value does a soul have if it can become a human, nigger or cockroach arbitrarily?
So be proud of what you are. We are great specimen of the best species on the planet with the best race. It wasn't luck. We were all born this way.
As White men, we account for less than 4% of the world population. While I certainly don't believe it to be some sort of luck of the draw, I still feel tremendous gratitude for being who and what I am.
I always say our physical bodies, which include the brain, are more like a lens or antenna. But yes, "you" could never be anyone else. It is your unique biology that focuses the animating force of your soul and brings it into our reality.
This idea that we are all equal souls floating around and plopped into bodies is both unrealistic and harmful.
That experience manifests widely because the interpretive mechanisms (body/mind) differ, but consciousness itself is untouched.
The proof of this is simple. People will be born with flawed body or mind but no one ever has a flawed consciousness.
If consciousness itself varied then we would be unable to cooperate so efficiently the way humans do.
Karma is a useful concept but does not exist. Reincarnation is a soothing concept to ameliorate the fear of death.
What does that even mean? There are people born mentally retarded, with down syndrome, with fetal alcohol syndromes, be the result of incest, may have extremely low intelligence, may be autistic, be born a drooling retard who has to be cared for forever. What does "flawed consciousness" mean if none of that applies?

That's not a real requirement. People can be different, yet cooperate. I can work for others or be a leader or inbetween. As of men, there is an inherent ability to operate in hierarchies, and be able to follow orders or give them. And it can work within seconds. And the skills can vary from person to person, including personality and competence.
Also not everybody is capable to cooperate well. While women are praised infinitely, they aren't able to cooperate as well as men. They tend to bitch, gossip and moan, so they are better suited to be subordinate to men. But there is also variance and exceptions.
You could say it's a genetic trait that evolved because cooperation is good on a collective and individual level, so we evolved to become mentally able to cooperate. Some cat species for example aren't cooperative.
If people had different consciousnesses then it would be like speaking different languages. It's not about any person or ability.
The mind and the body are of action, consciousness is.
