Blood libel may be low because there were some accepted disproofs of it in the past, but I could see this being a thing currently... It is not a part of Judaism but would be a corruption of Judaism if it was a thing

Ah yes, mutilating a child penis and sucking his blood is part of the standard Judaism, but using Christian children's blood for rituals is a corruption of Judaism.
