The main problem I usually run into when making healthy meals, is avoiding the seed oils. That shit is in everything now. It’s ok to get some, and likely won’t kill you, but if you don’t pay attention, and actively avoid it, it’s in everything normies use to “cook”, and eat. The only salad dressing that you can buy at the store without it that I’ve fortune is skinny girl. I used it for a bit, but it was way too expensive, so I started making my own. Just realize that if you start making your own stuff wether it be sauces, or dressings, don’t make more than enough for a couple of weeks, because it does t last as long as all the store bought shit for obvious reasons.
