I'm still a semi-NEET (in college so not really a NEET, hence 'semi-') and live with my family, so I don't have the house all to myself and don't like sharing the kitchen, so to some extent I'm willing to make concessions, especially since I usually just consume pure goyslop and today was kind of an unusual occurrence since I remembered I bought real food and felt obligated to eat that instead of my usual poison

That being said, I'm still drinking the liquid crack that is Bang and Monster Ultra

Congrats on taking the first steps to self improvement. Nobody starts out homesteading and growing all your own food, etc. Take small steps whenever you are able, and you'll see yourself grow.

Have you considered switching to coffee for caffeine? It's better for you, and is VASTLY cheaper.

Coffee gives me anxiety for some reason, though I still like the purple Stok cold brew

IMO getting off those drinks should be a top priority. Try watering them down 50%, then 75% with water. Then maybe switch to juice or just ice water. Get a good filter for clean tasting water, and a vacuum bottle to keep it in (with ice). In my experience its a lot easier to drink water if its fresh and cold and at hand, vs a tepid glass of tap water that tastes like chlorine.
