I would heavily recommend looking up homemade versions of every name brand sauce/condiment you like. The real ones are genuine poison if you look at the ingredients, and the simulacra you can make at home will taste identical with organic foods.

Seriously, there are cookbooks (just pirate the PDFs) and websites dedicated solely to homemade “restaurant recipes” to copy all that goyslop in a healthier way.

I'm still a semi-NEET (in college so not really a NEET, hence 'semi-') and live with my family, so I don't have the house all to myself and don't like sharing the kitchen, so to some extent I'm willing to make concessions, especially since I usually just consume pure goyslop and today was kind of an unusual occurrence since I remembered I bought real food and felt obligated to eat that instead of my usual poison

That being said, I'm still drinking the liquid crack that is Bang and Monster Ultra

Congrats on taking the first steps to self improvement. Nobody starts out homesteading and growing all your own food, etc. Take small steps whenever you are able, and you'll see yourself grow.

Have you considered switching to coffee for caffeine? It's better for you, and is VASTLY cheaper.

Coffee gives me anxiety for some reason, though I still like the purple Stok cold brew

IMO getting off those drinks should be a top priority. Try watering them down 50%, then 75% with water. Then maybe switch to juice or just ice water. Get a good filter for clean tasting water, and a vacuum bottle to keep it in (with ice). In my experience its a lot easier to drink water if its fresh and cold and at hand, vs a tepid glass of tap water that tastes like chlorine.

It's not ideal but it's probably fine

Its not a yes or no question. The theme of this community (besides racism) is to consume less slop. Your meal is less consumerey than fast food, more than a real home cooked meal made from basic ingredients. Just keep working on bettering yourself. That's what matters.

One tip though, wing sauce is just butter and hot sauce. No reason to buy it in a bottle. Not to mention the premade sauces always substitute the butter for for soybean oil. There are many hot sauces without weird stuff in them.

This sauce is more just the hot sauce, it has got some oil in it but mainly it's like really hot, sweet barbecue sauce. Although it gives me the runs if I use too much of it.

I would argue not really but still just a little. Good meal regardless. It's about consumerism, not branding. Would've been the same for you if you made it at home. I'm not your parents.

One thing I'm noticing is I'm much fuller than when I eat fast food for some reason. Is it the olive oil I used?

It’s a combination of the “not seed oils” and “not chemical preservative miasma,” yeah. When your calories aren’t empty, your body won’t be, either.

Read the ingredients label and if it has soy, MSG, or corn syrup, then it's goyslop, ergo, consooming.

Sugar and corn starch.

The main problem I usually run into when making healthy meals, is avoiding the seed oils. That shit is in everything now. It’s ok to get some, and likely won’t kill you, but if you don’t pay attention, and actively avoid it, it’s in everything normies use to “cook”, and eat. The only salad dressing that you can buy at the store without it that I’ve fortune is skinny girl. I used it for a bit, but it was way too expensive, so I started making my own. Just realize that if you start making your own stuff wether it be sauces, or dressings, don’t make more than enough for a couple of weeks, because it does t last as long as all the store bought shit for obvious reasons.

(((bagels)))

Seriously, though, not a bad start to home cooking. But sauces are way easier to make than most people think. I bet you could find something similar that you could make significantly cheaper.
