Not all the white world. Just the ones who were semi-competent.

Germany's geographic location is not very good, true, and they don't have too many natural resources for a modern army (like oil -- they have plenty of salt, iron, silver and gold apparently, and a bunch of coal in some places.)

I've been revisiting European history and the "Balance of Powers" is a theory as to why Germany could never realize its potential. The geographical area Germany sits in is shared with Russia, and by all accounts, those two nations should be joined together just as a matter of security. As long as there are two nations sharing that area, they will always be in a state of war because there are no natural defenses.

It is a FACT that Germany/Russia has been DENIED the opportunity to unite by the other major powers in Europe. Specifically, the moment a group started winning and unifying that area, the other powers would step in to ruin everything.

In my mind, Europe should be cut into possibly three major nations: Spain, Central Europe, and Italy. This the only way that they can have persistent peace. There is no natural buffer between France, Germany and Russia, so they should all be one nation so that they can defend land that is actually defensible. Of course, every time anyone has tried to enact such an ambitious project, they're "trying to take over the world".

It was all but a fluke that Europe allowed Russia to stretch out along the natural area to the Pacific. IIRC England and France tried to stop them but they got their butts kicked in Crimea. Germany and France should be provinces in a Russian Empire, or something like that.
