The jury chose to let him go. Likely a jury of niggers and jews.

Both the prosecution and the defense admit Exantus killed Tipton.

>Prosecutors are seeking the death penalty. The defense team is seeking a verdict of not guilty by reason of mental insanity.

>The jury now has the case. They are deliberating on five charges: murder, first degree burglary, two counts of second degree assault and fourth degree assault.

>The jury can find Exantus either not guilty, not guilty by reason of insanity, guilty but mentally ill or guilty.

>The decision does have to be unanimous by the 12-person jury.

Fayette Circuit Court

>The Kentucky Supreme Court has upheld the conviction of a man who stabbed a 6-year-old boy to death in the child’s Versailles home in 2015. Attorneys for Ronald Exantus, 37, appealed his case, saying that the split verdict handed down by a jury in Fayette County was inconsistent. Exantus was found guilty but mentally ill of three counts of assault, but not guilty by reason of insanity on counts of murder and burglary. He was sentenced to 20 years.

Clown Court: He was sane enough to commit SOME of the crimes, but too insane to be guilty of the OTHER crimes.

>Exantus’ attorneys argued that if he was not sane enough to be found guilty of murder and burglary, he shouldn’t have been found guilty on the counts of assault.

>Only one witness, clinical psychologist Dr. Kenneth Benedict, testified in Exantus’ trial as a mental health expert. During his testimony, Benedict said that it is possible that psychosis can “wax and wane” over the course of an hour, or even over the course of thirty minutes, according to the court’s opinion.

Dr. Kenneth Benedict

Why was a Psychologist guilty of misconduct and violations of North Carolina statues governing Psychology Practice in North Carolina allowed to submit testimony with such a tarnished lack of credibility and integrity?

Did the lazy prosecutor not try to get the lousy testimony of a phony psychologist dismissed based on his confessions to misconduct on record? I'm not even a lawyer, but even I know that if the psychologist is trying to get a violent murderous nigger off on fake insanity charges then i need to dig up everything i can find on this fuckface fake psychologist and get their testimony dismissed.

EDIT: The misconduct by the fake psycholist seems to have occurred AFTER the trial took place and concluded.
