Muslims are *not* listening to the NHS or any other government org. They're raping Whites. The "good ones" who aren't are still actively trying to breed with *anyone* but their own race. First cousin marriage does not have benefits. However the birth defects are overblown. The negative effects of first cousin marriage are minimal unless it is practiced as a society over hundreds of years and then there will be an IQ drop. That is the ME as a result of a thousand years of first cousin marriage.

There is a body of evidence also that suggests that third cousin marriage is optimal.
