A random nigwalker appears. He is staggering around my parking lot, hitting a vape and niggling over a phone, loudly. There's a plastic waterbottle he kicks as he wanders, always talking, sometimes batting it about with his feet until forgetting it's there. He casually leans against various cars; not mine, yet. It's concievable he knows the owners...

My car door is wide open and I'm observing him without him knowing.

There are a lot of factors that play but I will say you better be armed. A gun is preferred but at the very least you better have a fixed-blade. Just observe the nig if you have something to protect (your car/ stuff in your car) and you have no other obligations today. I’m sure you will act accordingly when the nigging begins to increase.
