It's fair to criticize a lot revolving around science, including bunk science like the Dunning-Kruger effect, or astronomy being worthless, or the corruption, especially Covid and Climate Change, or the past decades being wasted tax money - but that's just a tiny fraction of it. The majority of science is proven to work or has real-life applications.
The things revolving around viruses *do* have real-life applications as I mentioned. Infection patterns, flu seasons, disease progression. You cannot blabla it away like "viruses don't exist, stop being sick!"
