They can be Christian, that has been a perinial teaching of the Church, but its also been a perrenial teaching of the Church that they will never be equal, because egalitarianism is the sin of pride.
1. The Bible also says the whole world and all nations are those defined by Rome's taxes in Luke 2:1, not to mention Jesus specifically says He only came for Whites. So why would "all nations" ever mean "non-Whites?" When did God make non-Whites? They obviously don't come from Adam, Noah or Abraham.

There are two types of Ethiopians mentioned in the bible, one of which are noted for having black skin (and in fact there is a saying around them similar to "can a tiger change his stripes"), they are quite obviously descended from Adam, more specifically from Noah's son Ham, who was the idiot of the bunch.
