My medical philosophy: Eat good food, grown naturally. Exercise a little, at least, every day. Make sure to spend some time in the sun too. Spend time with your friends, neighbors and family.
That's about all you can do.
Whether or not viruses or vaccines are real is irrelevant.

How do you get a "virus" under an electron microscope to view? Why do you think they've ever been "identified genetically?" What is artifacting of the lens?

Well... not entirely - avoid rabid-looking creatures (rabies virus) helps.
Also avoid the people with bloody lesions and bloodshot eyes (ebola virus).
These are extreme examples to illustrate the broader point - these diseases are demonstrably spread through contact or close proximity whether you believe in viruses or not. So, at the *very, very* least, I'd add that you should acknowledge the reality of communicable diseases on top of everything you've said and use the appropriate caution/mindfulness when dealing with them (not to mean "avoid them altogether" - just use prudence).
