Thats incorrect. Take drugs, for example. Your body can be in one state, but adding exogenous materials can force it into a different state.
If cell death from a disregulated system causes exosomes that create inflammation response, and they shed, it would behave similarly.
The primary difference in the respective theories is causal approach. One believes the other doesnt exist , and one believes the other is only treating the symptom. Both are probably right and wrong on many things.
I'm not sure what terrain theory is but in your example you're talking about inflammation which doesn't necessarily include infection. There are many non infectious inflammatory responses.
Edit: I quickly read over terrain theory and they seem to go hand in hand, and the distinction would be more a threshold of body health that needs to be overcome by a germ to make someone sick. So weakened people, or immunocompromised, would allow opportunistic infections that are able to penetrate and reproduce and create infection.

Just because terrain theory isn't perfect (we should've been studying this and homeopathy, which actually works when nothing else does, instead of jewish germ theory for the last 120 years) doesn't mean the completely and utterly debunked germ theory has any credibility at all. When you actually study health and science your self like I have, you quickly find just how jewish and retarded germ theory is. This community is full of retards who depend on jews to tell them what to think, all while complaining that holocaust believing normies are too stupid to think for themselves. It's hilarious and sad. They're so emotional and too scared to question jews on *everything*, they just want to question whatever makes them *feel safe*.

Im going to stop you at homeopathy. This word is poison, just like chiropractic theory.
The practical side of these two industries has validity, but they have been twisted to mean things they dont mean with them. When people hear homeopathy they think "natural medicine". That is a marketing tactic.
When people hear chiropractor they think "make sure skeleton is aligned". That is also a marketing tactic.
Those ideas are good and both make sense, but they arent the underlying idea of the practices.
Homeopathy believes in "vitality purification". That if they take a thing, and shake it in water, it makes it more potent. And then if they take that water, and shake it in more water, it makes it even more potent. This is retarded. Some homeopathic treatments work, because they are a normal level of dilution and have benefits. Others are pure water and are sold to you as a placebo by jews. You have to understand what their "grading system" means. 1x means 1 part thing to 10 parts water. 10x means that done ten times. 100c means its that done like ten thousand times or some dumb shit.
Chiropracty believes in "sublexations". That there is stuck "vitality" that you can unlock by cracking bones. This is retarded. Stretching out joints and realigning vertebrae for minor adjustments is fine and smart. If you build a house with an unsound frame it deteriorates. But the underlying theory in chiropractic care is like saying "if I straighten this 2x4 out, walls will magically appear".
They *have practical applications* but their basis is incredibly flawed.
They have been sold to us to replace *holistic* medicine and body care like massage and stretching, because those work FAR MORE than the medicines and hospitals ever will. They are a pipeline to big pharma.
"Sell them sugar water and carnival games and eventually they will have to come to our hospitals" says the jew as he rubs his hands gleefully.

Okay, jew. Homeopathy actually worked for me when 7 years of perfecting my diet, vastly reducing EMFs and blue light, grounding, perfect circadian rhythm, functional medicine, perfect supplementation and everything else you can possibly think of only made me 5% better at most. It wasn't until I did homeopathy that I got 95% better in 3 weeks immediately when 7 years of everything else barely did anything. Chiropractic and acupuncture also did a lot of good and continue to do good for me today. In fact, my "lyme disease" hit me again this last January and 7+ MDs and multiple ER visits said the same thing they told me in 2012 when my chronic chest pains and unexplained weight loss started: "We have no idea what's wrong with you, good luck!" So I go to my acupuncturist who gave me homeopathy again, and boom. Fixed in three weeks. TWICE. So we should be studying how it actually works for the last 120 years because it actually works. I am living, breathing proof that you cannot deny.
I read everything you said and responded appropriately. I took 6 bottles she provided me with the first time, and the second time this past January she combined all of her remedies into a single bottle that I took. I don't know how to read homeopathy labels, and some of them have faded away but I still have all 7 of them if you're interested. If you want to know who I got them from, it was this lady who saved my life twice now when everything you believe in didn't work: https://www.rajawellness.com/about/

Why would any cell in your body be able to survive outside of it for any amount of time?

What homeopathic medicines did you take and what were their "concentration" grades?
