I’m telling you from first hand experience of growing up around, and working with niggers of all walks of life including what 99% of people would consider well accomplished professionals, and your number is way too high. I’ve had some deep(at least as deep as you can have with them) heated conversations/debates, and have even almost come to blows once, and the actual number of halfway decent niggers out there is actually under 1%.
If you pick their brains hard enough, and actually spend enough time around them(do not recommend), you will find out that even attorneys, and other people that work in the criminal justice/JEWdicial system in some capacity will make excuses for nigger violence, and crime. The “baffling” part about it, is that they will do this while also bitching about how bad the crime is, and how much it has destroyed their city, and neighborhoods. They will blame anything, and everything other than niggers even though the entire city is comprised of, and run by 90% plus niggers. They always find a way to take the onus off of the nigger, and put it on the “sistum”, the whiteman, and muh 400 yEErs. There is no amount of knowledge, evidence, and/or money that will, or could ever change this.

The Jew programming runs extremely deep. It's impossible for many to break out of it and most don't want to even if they could as it would shatter their "holier than tho" image of acceptance and opennesses that they thought they once represented.
